Simple test of ten part writing pattern
You can easily test my theory of the writing pattern of ten. I found that pronouns were used more often in the communication category. These are the twelve pronouns I used: he, her, him, his, she, their, them, they, us, we, who, you.
You can easily set up a scientific test to test the idea that the writing was in a cycle of ten. Take an article with at least twenty paragraphs and use the first twenty. Number the paragraphs one to twenty. Check the number of the total of the these twelve pronouns in each of the first ten paragraphs. Find the paragraph with the most pronouns. Then do the same for the paragraphs you numbered from eleven to twenty. Does the highest number of pronouns come out in a cycle of ten? For example, if paragraph six had the most pronouns, then does paragraph sixteen have the most? If it does then you have a gotten a positive result on the test.
To make it scientific you need to check all that has twenty paragraphs and it has to be from a single source, for example, from a newspaper for a week, or a month, or from the articles in a magazine.
Since there are ten categories, the chance of getting a correct match is one in ten. You probably would need twenty to thirty tests and get positive results over 30 per cent to be considered publishable.
